Happy Easter !!!!

Hi guys, if anyone has an idea on what I should post about feel free to do it! And please comment too. Here are just some basic tips to help you with your dance and be more healthy in general:
1. Get lots of sleep, ballet class never seems longer than when you are super tired.
2. Eat healthy, especially meat or nuts if you are a vegetarien for protein.
3. Exercise, I would recommend doing things to help your abdomen and legs like crunches and leg lifts.
4. Relax, with everything that goes on every day in your life it's hard to have the time to relax but try to take at least 10 minutes of your day to sit down and read or listen to music .
