Spring=more ways to work out

Hi guys I am so happy that spring is here! But sometimes it's hard to find something to do with all the wacky weather in spring. Hope this helps!
Sunny:
-Go run outside
-Go biking( is that a word?)
- Go for a hike
- Invite some friends over and play a game outside
-Play jump rope

Raining:
- Go jump in some puddles
-Dance in the rain( so much fun!!)
- Do some push ups and stuff inside
- If it's not raining too hard go for a walk or hike in the forest, the trees will protect you from the rain

Cloudy:
- Go to the park
- Race your friends or family somewhere
- If your backyard is big go run in it
- If you do sports like baseball or basket ball or soccer, start practicing for the new semester

 It just goes to show that even if there's crazy weather, we can still exercise!

Eating healthy!!

Hi I should have put this post sooner but anyways, I am going to talk about eating right and how important it is!
Here are some tips to get you started:
1. It's not just something parents say to make you eat breakfast guys, you really need that breakfast. If you are really rushed at least just grab a granola or some fruit.
2. If you are going to be doing exercise that day, eat allot of protein. It works wonders!
3. Are you eating less healthy because sugar is the only thing you can find in your cabinets? If so, make a real effort to ask your parents to go to the store to get healthy things.
4. And  remember there is no such thing as an unhealthy food  just some foods give you more nutrients than others.
5. After a long week of eating healthy you can treat yourself to something!:)

Sorry I have not posted in a while+ competition

Hi guys sorry I have not been on here:( I have a competition in a month and it has been very tiring. I mean seriously I had to stay there till 9 tonight!! And tomorrow I dance 5 hours!
Here are tips if you have a competition coming up:
1. Get sleep!!! All those practices are burning you out!!
2. Try to practice the dances you do for comp. at home .
3. Really push yourself no matter how hard it is!
4. Do not be jealous if your friends have solos or something and you don't, it's a recipe for disaster!!
5. Smile!!
